We measure to the exact footage while on site but the above formula given to us
in the estimate form will get us very close.

The above information will help us in giving you an accurate estimate without having to come out to your home. This will obviously speed up the process. These online estimates are not contracts. They are just that, estimates. The actual price of job may vary depending on the individual situation. Unforseen obstructions, the moving of furniture, restricted access to areas that need to be cleaned, hidden or unusual circumstances are just a few of the possible scenarios that may alter an online estimate. Once again, for obvious reasons even though our online estimates most often become our actual price, they are only a guide to give you a very close "ball park". Once an online estimate has been approved we will dispatch our tech. If at that time the proposed work area requires additional charges it will be rewritten and submitted once again for your approval. An online estimate can go the other way as well. Sometimes the footages given are wrong or we include discounts at the time the work is performed so an online estimate may be less. Please remember that this is just an added convenience to help reduce the amount of time you have to wait.
